Job Description
Job Purpose | · Manage and grow the business in the East Africa Region. Seventy percent of the position will be focussed on the Kenyan Market, with the remaining 30% divided between Tanzania and Uganda.
· The successful Candidate will be dealing with opportunities in the business development and sales arenas for industrial refrigeration, baking, kitchen and catering equipment, as per the strategy. Two areas of key focus will be:
A) To conduct market research into each mentioned sector and assess the viability of the sectors and available product mix in a office/hub environment and/or direct sales into the respective markets B) Generate turnover as per the set budgets for the country and region and develop markets / key contacts for the business – relationship building

Key Responsibilities | · Daily management of the East African operation ( Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda)
· Ensure that monthly sales targets are met · Drive Market research, market intelligence primarily in Kenya and also Tanzania/Uganda · Stock takes and stock control (when applicable) · General office administration · Ensure that Customer Service satisfaction levels are maintained as per Universal Industries standards · Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Group Business Development Director · Research and earmark strong technical candidates in the refrigeration, kitchen and baking sectors |

Working Conditions | · Travel will be required between Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, with
