Spyglass Africa is owned and managed by Emanuele Lemme.
Emanuele is a seasoned head-hunter having spent close to a decade with a leading UK based international executive search firm where he managed a successful desk focusing on the oil and gas, chemicals and mining sectors. Emanuele was extremely successful in developing key contacts and assisting multinational clients in key growth focus areas of the African market such as agrochemicals, construction chemicals and mining. He was quick to realize that companies required an efficient, dependable recruitment service for their growth efforts on the continent.
Working out of Cape Town, South Africa Emanuele established a very successful Africa focused recruitment service offering companies a service aimed at supplying not only head-hunted expat professionals but more importantly local African professionals with the required skills and experience relevant to the international market.
Wanting to take the service one step further and offer a more exclusive and even more niche- focused service, Emanuele opted to establish Spyglass Africa. Having assisted a multitude of international companies with their talent strategies in Africa, Emanuele recognized that the future for a successful recruitment service was going to need to revolve around offering a fully Africa focused recruitment service. This service would need to be aimed at building true partnerships with clients, listening to their real needs and delivering what they needed to help them grow and implement their business strategies in the African market. His passion is to create a win-win situation for his clients and candidates during their time of partnering.
The aim is to always offer a hassle- free service built on integrity and industry knowledge, aimed at giving multinational clients access to an untapped pool of talent and introducing them to exceptional individuals who will make a real difference to their company growth and profitability. The skills shortage is no more apparent than in the African skills sector and finding the right combination of skills and experience is always going to be the difference between simply having a plan for growth and success, versus achieving that success.
