Sales Manager

Well-established company in the milling, bakery-viennoiseries, sourdough and catering markets,
offering technological ingredients (enzymes, malted wheat flour…), a large number of
cereal ingredients (malted, roasted, grain mixes…), flour correctors and improvers (for bread,
viennoiseries and catering products), as well as mixes and premixes for the production of a wide
range of speciality breads.
The Job Profile
Mission
As the Manager of the South Africa subsidiary based in Durban, your mission will be to:
Manage the running of the subsidiary (administer data bases, manage the contact with customers as
well as staff, apply procedures, set up staff training…)
Carry out site visits to prospective clients to sell solutions that are designed for their needs and
requirements, monitor customer satisfaction and, in a word, manage customer relations as a whole
Support the local staff-team
Draw up all activity reports required by the company
Main duties
Manage the different departments of the South Africa subsidiary (technical, human resources,
sales…) and plan its activity with the aim of achieving economic viability by:
Defining its strategic emphases
Organising the smooth running of its structures
Managing its human resources systems
Administering the overall Budget
Analysing output data from its structures and services and identifying areas of change
Communicating results, trends and risks internally
Defining the objectives for economic viability
Facilitating meetings
Directing and carrying out sales activities
Skills required

different elements together and good management abilities
